The Story Behind Mommy Curses

People often ask where the name Mommy Curses came from.

The truth is, it started long before the brand did.

As moms, we spend our days performing small miracles. We heal scraped knees with kisses. We somehow know where the missing shoes are. We carry snacks, schedules, worries, hopes, and dreams for an entire family. We are expected to be patient, nurturing, organized, and endlessly giving.

And sometimes...

We curse.

Not because we don't love our children.

Because we're human.

Mommy Curses was created to celebrate the beautiful contradiction of motherhood—the magic and the mess, the grace and the grit, the laughter and the occasional colorful vocabulary.

The logo itself carries a piece of me.

The "MC" represents both Mommy Curses and my own initials, Megan Campbell. That connection wasn't accidental. This brand is deeply personal. It was built from my experiences as a mother, a creator, and a woman learning to embrace imperfection while still showing up every day for the people she loves.

The circle surrounding the initials symbolizes the never-ending cycle of motherhood. The heart represents the love at the center of everything we do. And the handwritten style reflects what motherhood truly is—not polished, not perfect, but beautifully authentic.
